    Abstract: 正交分頻多工 (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing, OFDM) 是一種被廣泛的應用在無線通訊系統中的傳輸技術。然而,正交分頻多工仍有一些缺點是需要被解決與克服,包括高峰均功率比值 (Peak-to-Average Power Ratio, PAPR) 在訊號發送端中產生的問題與缺陷。頻帶保留 (Tone Reservation, TR) 技術是正交分頻多工系統中降低峰均功率比值的技術之一。雖然頻帶保留技術,可以實現良好的降低峰均功率比值的性能,但技術自身卻不具有錯誤更正能力,並且需要額外的通道編碼,才以抵消通道干擾等的有害影響。本論文之推薦方法為基於| u | u + v |結構之頻帶保留技術來降低正交分頻多工系統之峰均功率比值,本論文之推薦方法利用里德米勒碼 (Reed-Muller codes) 的| u | u + v |結構使頻帶保留技術自身具有錯誤更正能力,並且利用自適應性的複數縮放因子 將頻帶保留技術的降低峰均功率比值的性能再提升。依據模擬結果顯示,本論文之推薦方法在於降低峰均功率比值方面明顯的優於傳統型頻帶保留技術,即便提高了編碼的碼率 (code rate) 對於降低峰均功率比值的性能亦沒有太大的影響,因此,本論文之推薦方法可以達到降低峰均功率比值之性能、資料傳輸率與錯誤更正能力之間的權衡。
    Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) technique is widely applied in wireless communication systems. However, OFDM has deficiencies that must be improved, including a high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) in the transmission signal. The tine reservation (TR) scheme is an efficient PAPR reduction method used in OFDM systems. Although the TR scheme can achieve good PAPR performance, it does not have inherent error correction capability and requires extra channel coding to counteract the detrimental effect of channel interference. This paper proposes scheme is “Tone Reservation scheme based on | u | u + v | construction for PAPR Reduction in OFDM System”. This paper proposes scheme is using | u | u + v | construction of Reed-Muller (RM) codes to let OFDM signals has the error correction capability, and this paper proposes scheme is using adaptively complex scaling factor to make the reduction PAPR performance be better. Numerical results show that the modified RMTR scheme achieves better performance in PAPR reduction than the conventional TR scheme, and improve the code rate for reduce PAPR performance has not much effect. Therefore, the modified RMTR scheme achieves a trade-off between PAPR performance, the data rate, and the error correction capability.
