Abstract:	大陸證券市場在歷經二十餘年的努力，市值佔全球第三大，成績斐然是各國矚目的焦點，尤其經濟更以兩位數的成長，使得國際間的資金不斷湧入，除了吸引國際間的投資客外，也吸引台資企業紛紛投入設廠。隨著全球化的發展及政府落實「深耕臺灣、連結全球」的政策方針，兩岸的經貿關係日益密切，加上近來政府對大陸投資上限鬆綁及開放陸資來台等政策，兩岸經貿投資未來將更加熱絡。因此，本論文針對兩岸證券市場之交易法制規範，作比較分析探討，尋求兩岸證券交易法制之比較及未來趨勢分析，俾使兩岸企業及個人投入證券市場之參考。 The efforts that the security market of China Mainland is going through more than 20 years, the market value accounts for the third largest in the world, it is focuses of various countries that the achievement is remarkable, especially economic by the growth of two -figure number, make the international fund pour in constantly, except attract the international investment guest, attract the Taiwan-owned enterprise to put into and set up the factory too. With the development that is globalized and policy which the government implement '' deep plough in Taiwan, link the whole world '', two sides economic and trade and in close relations, government lighten restrictions on to China''s Mainland investment upper limit recently and open fund person who come to Taiwan to make the investment policy of China''s Mainland, it will be closer in the future that both sides invest while being economic and trade. So, this thesis is directed against the trade legal system of security markets of two sides, do the comparative analysis discussion, seek comparison and future trend analysis of the securities trading legal system of two sides, in order to enable enterprises and individuals of two sides and invest the reference of the security market.
