    Abstract: 隨著在全球化的發展,經濟環境正快速的變化,企業為因應這樣環境,也藉著科技的進步發展出許多商業行為。像是傳統的買賣業,不在只有提供單項服務,逐漸發展出了一種以顧客服務與需求為導向的商業模式,建立長久且良好合作關係,也成為一種新的商業趨勢。在整個大環境不斷進步發展中,許多傳統行業也逐漸轉型,國內買賣業也逐漸趨向發展成國際貿易,期盼在未來能有更好的前景與發展。本研究透過土木工程材料供應商-金圓鑫實業有限公司為研究對象,並藉由探討國內買賣業之現況與困境,找出其進行策略轉型以及擬定進軍國際市場之策略,並有效的提升市場競爭力,由後續的發展中找出指標,提供台灣營造廠商作為參考依據。
    ith the development of globalization, the context of economy is changing rapidly. Thus, enterprises develop many commercial acts with the advancement of technology to fit in the environment. For instance, the traditional merchandising industry no longer provide mono-service but gradually develop a business model which considers customers' service and need as orientation. This turns out a new commercial trend by bonding long-term and good relationship. Therefore, many traditional industries start to reform beneath the entire changing context. The domestic merchandising industry is no exception that progressively turns to international trade and looks forward to a promising future development. This study takes a civil engineering material supplier, King Yuan Shin Industrial CO., LTD, as a case study. We hope to figure out its strategic transformation and formulating strategies for entering the international market by discussing the current development and predicament of domestic merchandising industry. Also, we would like to effectively enhance the market competitiveness, find out other indicators from subsequent development and provide Taiwanese construction companies a reference
